The idea

HR tasks differ in risk. Drafting a generic onboarding checklist is not the same as deciding whom to hire or dismiss. Start with reversible drafting tasks and keep an accountable person in charge of the result. AI output should not replace legal advice, policy review or individual employment decisions.

Worked example

An HR team drafts an onboarding checklist for a fictional support role. The draft includes account setup, an equipment check and a meeting with the supervisor. The supervisor checks dates and responsibilities before sharing it. Candidate ranking is excluded from this workflow.

Try it

List three HR drafting tasks. For each, identify the reviewer and a possible harm if the output is wrong. Select the task with the least sensitive information and write its approval step.
