AI for Meeting Notes

Convert authorized meeting notes into a checked summary with decisions, owners and unresolved questions.

3 reading lessons · about 30 min ·written by MTT

The idea

Use only notes or recordings you are authorized to process. Recording permission, tool approval and retention rules are separate checks. Remove unnecessary personal details and preserve uncertainty about unclear speech instead of turning a transcription guess into a fact.

Worked example

A fictional note reads: Mina suggested Friday, but no launch date was agreed. A summary should preserve that distinction. Sending an actual recording to an unapproved service could expose confidential information even if the final summary is short.

Try it

Write six fictional meeting notes, including one unclear statement and one personal detail irrelevant to the task. Make a minimized working copy. Explain which permissions would be needed before replacing the fictional notes with a real recording.
